TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the tickets you have ordered within the delivery timeframe applicable at the time of order. The delivery times given are approximate and delays can sometimes occur. All delivery times quoted on this website are estimates only, these times are based on working days.
On some occasions, we are required by the card issuer to perform additional security checks on the payment card, which can delay the order until the card has been authorised.
Price & Postage
Prices shown on this site include VAT, where and to the extent that VAT is required to be applied to the product under UK VAT law. Delivery charges are included, even if you are outside the UK.
Confirming the Order
In placing this order you are confirming to our terms and conditions of sale.
The Contract Between Us
After you have confirmed your order we will send an email to you summarising each order you have placed.
We will debit your payment card with the total cost of your order at time of ordering.
Contracts formed between Mary Walker Exhibitions Ltd and users as a result of using this site shall be governed in all respects by English law and all such users hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the Tickets ordered. This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your offer and to have been effectively communicated to you. This is to be interpreted and enforced with the laws of England, in its entirety and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Please note that some of our processes are manual and errors can arise. We carry out frequent checks to detect any errors. If they do occur, we will act immediately to minimise inconvenience and disappointment that may be caused. We reserve the right to cancel any order where obvious errors in pricing or product description have occurred.
Payment Details
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Delta.
All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling. Your payment card company will perform any currency conversion.
Upon receiving your order we will debit your payment card.
Once an Order Has Been Placed
Cancellations
We are unable to provide any refunds or cancellations due to non-attendance.
Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable to you:- For any loss of profit, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, or indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the tickets you ordered which was not within our reasonable contemplation as a probable result of a breach of contract on our part at the time that our contract with you was concluded.
Where performance of any obligations to you is prevented, frustrated or impeded by any circumstance or caused beyond our reasonable control.
Severability
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the enforceability of any other part of these terms and conditions will not be affected.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions and any contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between us.
Statutory Rights
These terms and conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Upon Receipt Of An Order
Seller Liability
The seller does not accept liability for shortages in quantities delivered unless the buyer notifies the Mary Walker Exhibitions Ltd of any claim of short delivery of the goods within two working days of delivery. In such circumstances the seller’s liability shall be restricted to making good the shortfall.
